Introduction:
In offset printing, the role of fountain solution is mainly reflected in three aspects: first, forming a water film in the blank part of the plate; second, supplementing the hydrophilic layer damaged in the printing process; third, reducing the surface temperature of the printing plate.

How to use: Apply fountain solution to quantitatively manage concentration; if pH value management or conductivity management is selected, since the circulating water tank is continuously mixed with inks such as carbolic acid, paper powder, dusting, etc., pH value or conductivity may fluctuate. It is recommended not to consider Quantitative management methods for external influence concentration, water tank circulation equipped with filter cotton or dampening filter system to keep the tank clean and regularly cleaned
